Pre-Sales · Calling Queue

Qualify a lead, start to finish

Every claimed lead has to reach one real decision — Qualified or Disqualified — through an actual, logged phone call. Nothing is finished until that decision is made, and a Qualified lead isn't finished until it has actually been handed to Sales.

Screens on the right are faithful recreations of the real Orbiz Growth screens — same labels, fields and button copy as the live app — with placeholder names in place of real customer data.

Claim the lead

Open Meta Leads or Other Leads, find it in the Available pool, and press Claim Lead. It becomes exclusively yours and moves into My Leads · New.

If a lead is already sitting in your queue (auto-assigned), skip this — just open it. Never work a lead someone else has claimed.

Call, and log the outcome — every time

Press the call button in your Calling Queue, then log what happened in “How did the call go?” the moment the call ends. A call isn’t finished until it has an outcome attached — there's no “call and skip logging.”

The 3-attempt rule: No Answer / Busy / Switched Off all count toward a shared limit — 3 attempts by default. On the 3rd, the system forces a real decision: Disqualify or Keep Lead — an exception that requires a written reason and a new callback time.

STAGE 05

Checklist, then Mark as Qualified

Ready to qualify only opens the checklist — it doesn't qualify the lead by itself. Fill in the required fields, then press Mark as Qualified.

This is a real gate, not a formality: a lead can't become Qualified without a completed checklist after a Connected call.

Send to Sales

Mark as Qualified and Send to Sales are two separate button presses. A Qualified lead stays with Pre-Sales until someone presses Send to Sales, which creates the Opportunity and drops it into the right product-segment Sales pool.

Don’t stop early

Marking a lead Qualified is not the end of this task. If it's Qualified and hasn't been sent to Sales yet, the work is still open — press Send to Sales before you consider it done.
